The Chancellor Apartments
This historic building on The Corner received some much-needed TLC from the Martin Horn, Inc. team. The crew began by demolishing the second-floor efficiency rooms, then renovated the space into four beautiful, luxury apartments. Martin Horn, Inc. worked to restore historic traits like the windows and some millwork components, while also adding some modern upgrades. New features included hardwood flooring, custom cabinetry, crown molding, granite countertops, full tile shower enclosures, new plumbing, new electric, and new HVAC systems.
The apartments were completed in January 2016. Not long after, they were all occupied by UVa students, excited for the high-end living newly available in one of the hottest spots in town.
But there is way more to this building’s story. To check out the details–look on our post here: The Chancellor Building – Then & Now
