Martin Horn was involved in preparing early estimates and in providing feedback on construction and scheduling. We then served as general contractor during construction under a cost plus a fixed fee contract and fixed general conditions with a guaranteed maximum price contract. Martin Horn also self-performed all the concrete work on both this and the next addition, which included exposed, stained concrete slabs covering interior and exterior surfaces.
