The Sentara Endoscopy Procedure Center is a two-floor tenant fit-out. A redesign of the first floor, initiated two months into the project, resulted in an additional two-month delay to the overall schedule. To accommodate neighboring tenants, all noisy work on both floors was completed before 8:00 a.m., as the building also housed an occupied internal medicine practice.
