Region Ten Avon is a multi-floor tenant improvement renovation project at their newly purchased corporate office building. First and third floor work consisted of 10,000 square feet of renovation, including upgraded restrooms, a new conference center, and executive office space. The new project finishes included all new upgraded LED lighting, a new motorized operable partition, wood slats ceiling, and acoustical baffle ceilings. During the project schedule, Region Ten requested Martin Horn perform property improvements, including exterior waterproofing and parking lot repaving. And as the project was wrapping up, Region Ten asked us to complete additional tenant improvement work on the second floor.
