In the ever-growing Zion Crossroads area of Virginia, parents were thrilled to welcome the latest addition to the Pediatric Associates practice. PASC’s mission focuses around high quality medical care, education in pediatric health and collaboration of clinical research. The private practice is housed in 3,655 SF of work space and has 9 exam rooms in addition to an on-site lab. The interior has high-end finishes, including pine wood accents and Dovetail Design & Cabinetry cabinets. Other noteworthy details include cypress exterior panels which give the building natural character and wheelchair accessible workspaces. Moreover, the surrounding easement has been conserved for natural landscaping. There are three spaces adjacent to the practice which are rented out to various tenants.
