Martin Horn renovated the historic Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity house at the University of Virginia. Originally constructed in 1925, the house was in need of an update. Taking a total of 19 months to complete, the project included two phases. These two phases included selective demolition and complete historic renovation of the interior and exterior of the house.
