Elks
Elks Lodge community space renovation created one new large restaurant bar area to replace smaller, broken-up spaces. Work included a new structural beam to open the space, with relocation of MEP services around the new structure. The new bar is built of clear pine with a quartz top surrounding new equipment and point-of-sale locations. The restaurant included a new kitchen prep area and walk-in cooler with new floors and ceilings by the Floor and Ceiling Shop.
