Located in Ruckersville, El Jaripeo is part of a new construction project in Gateway Market Center II in Ruckersville. This is the second commercial business center Martin Horn has built with this client and is adjacent to the first Gateway Market Center. We worked with the client to complete last minute additions and were still able to complete the project on time. Between informal meetings and the developer and project manager having to make decisions on the fly, the project was a fun challenge to complete. Some language barriers occurred causing a disconnect, but with coordination the project ended seamlessly. El Jaripeo translates to “rodeo” and was constructed with western theme décor.
