The Corner Shops at Rio Road consists of two separate and distinct projects. The site work and shell building of nearly 15,000 sq. ft. of future retail and restaurant space; and the site improvements and façade renovation to the existing Wachovia Bank. This project was located on a tight site in an extremely busy location.
