College of William & Mary Chiller Plant

College of William & Mary Chiller Plant

The Chiller Addition at William & Mary is to the existing North Campus Power Plant, and Martin Horn was selected to be the Construction Manager. The project includes construction of a Cooler Addition shell attached to a renovated 1952 power plant. The 4,000 gsf single-story chilled water addition features roof-mounted cooling towers and will support a new chilled water distribution project for the North Campus. Scheduling and startups have been critical components of the project.
