Albemarle County Public Safety Building

This $4 million renovation of a 126,000 sq. ft. office building was completed in just nine months. The project team worked closely with both the owner and architect to fast-track much of the work and phase the move-in to suit the owner’s needs. The county took occupancy early on two of the four phases, and occupied much of the building during ongoing renovations. High-end finishes and state-of-the-art technological infrastructure highlight the county’s newest facility.
