1815 Jefferson Park Avenue (JPA) Apartments

Martin Horn worked closely with the architect and owner during the design phase of this multifamily student housing project to control costs, review constructability issues and manage the schedule. High-quality finishes were used in this project, such as brick veneer, hardwood floors and ceramic tile in bathrooms.
