What is your favorite part about working in construction?
Watching projects come together.
Are there any obstacles you’ve had to overcome as a woman in construction?
There’s not a lot of obstacles being a woman in the accounting department of construction, however, there are still people who will talk down to you because they feel you don’t know as much.
Why do you think there are so few women in construction?
Construction is considered a man’s world, so women really have to stand up for themselves and be strong.
What do you hope to see in the future for women in construction?
