Groundbreaking Ceremony | The Colonnades by Sunrise Senior Living
Yesterday was a momentous occasion at The Colonnades by Sunrise Senior Living. Our team joined Sunrise in kicking off construction of their new expansion with a groundbreaking ceremony. The project logistics are in place and official groundwork will begin in mid-December. The 8,000 SF expansion will create a number of new spaces for The Colonnade residents. Interior renovations will include a new multi-purpose room with a stage, casual and private dining areas, and an activities room. The expansion will also include two outdoor terraces.

I’m also looking forward to working with our Project Superintendent, Warren Green. Tying the expansion into the existing building will be challenging, but Warren and I are ready to make it happen.”
