A Bird's-eye View
The Point Church has seen many changes since our last update. The most visible change being the DensElement sheathing, which was expertly installed by EPC builders. EPC’s team worked quickly to get the building “in the dry” which resulted in a strong shell and watertight seal. Exterior stone veneer was completed on the large terrace wall by SLP Masonry and brickwork is being laid.
This month we’ll continue MEP rough-ins on the main floor and sheetrock on the lower level. While our talented craftsmen will shift their focus to building the church’s stage and sound booth. “The design team has delivered 30 revised sheets of plans to finish the 10,000 SF of unfinished space. This will require us to re-work some of the existing walls and systems but will allow us to showcase our flexibility and determination”, said Project Manager, Jeff Sims. Collaborative teamwork by all trade partners and the design team has kept this project on a straight path to success.
As we continue to work on the project, it’s nice to see the progress from a bird’s-eye view.
