Varsity Hall is a historic building circa 1858 that was moved and completely renovated and restored. The overall square footage is approximately 5500 gsf. Martin Horn was a subcontractor to Gilbane and performed all structural repairs, millwork repairs and renovations as well as the plaster finishes. The building serves as faculty offices.
