The University of Virginia solicited Design Build proposals to get these two temporary buildings up on a tight timeframe and within a strict budget. To meet the delivery date, Martin Horn ordered the pre-engineered building prior to final drawings being complete, and worked closely with University building officials to stay on schedule and on budget. The buildings are in a heavily trafficked area of campus.
