Martin Horn was tasked with renovating a retail space into the new Lockwood Broadcasting facility in the short span of 90 days. Working together with the owner, architect, mechanical director, and set builder was necessary to get everything up and running in time.  Work included the front lobby, studio, control room, server room, office space, and an employee break area.
