Martin Horn completed the tenant improvement for Insomnia Cookies in early 2015. Coordination between the landlord and tenant was necessary in order to make improvements to HV/AC and electricity to accommodate new cooking equipment. Other improvements included reinforcing the existing structure and new flooring and wall finishes.
Martin Horn Construction provides excellent quality work at a fair price and Insomnia Cookies will be reaching out to Horn Construction for further projects in the local area.
