Greenbrier 7-11

This project consisted of a 3,050 sq. ft. gas station and convenience store, as well as a 1,050 sq. ft. single bay automatic car wash. The site’s previous structures; a convenience store, gas station and car wash; were demolished to make way for the new 7-Eleven, fueling station, and car wash. This site also contains a Jiffy Lube, which had to remain in operation at all times while new site utilities were installed to both buildings.
