Martin Horn, Inc. was approached by PBM Capital for this project, located at the ever-growing Zions Crossroads area. With direct input and feedback from our client, we were able to ensure their visions and needs are met successfully, all through our Design-Build process. The process not only allows total satisfaction and a collaborative environment, but also dramatically decreases cost and construction time. Our Design-Build team is able to fast-track projects from conception to completion through cost and budget analysis and step-by-step involvement throughout the design phase. The Design-Build process also creates a sole source of responsibility, which allows Martin Horn, Inc. to be fully accountable for the quality of the project, all the way through construction.
