Bank of the James

Bank of the James, the first commercial tenant to move into the 550 Water Street Condominiums project, contracted with Martin Horn to fit-out this space. There were specific needs due to its use as a banking branch which included detailed electrical wiring throughout the space to meet security and transaction needs. Martin Horn framed walls, installed office storefronts, and built custom cabinetry and shelving. Additional work included building an entry vestibule (equipped with an ATM and night deposit box), a new entrance canopy, and a kiosk banking area. Coupled with interior design, the polished concrete floors and sliding glass doors create a sleek, industrial-chic aesthetic throughout the space.
