10th Street Warehouses Mixed-Use Buildings – Apartments

First constructed in the early 20th century, the 10th Street Warehouses were originally a Coca-Cola Bottling Works and a machine shop. Construction on these repurposed mixed-use buildings began in 2018 and was completed in just under a year when work wrapped up in August 2019.  Martin Horn converted the upper floors of the warehouses into four high-end apartments. The apartments are above renovated retail space. Because of the mixed-use of the buildings, soundproofing the noise from the retail space to not disturb the apartment tenants was of utmost importance. The beautifully finished apartments are conveniently located on Main Street in Charlottesville.
