Woolen Mills Point

Martin Horn built this two-story commercial shell space which features split face block and metal wall panels for its exterior skin. It was finished in a white-box condition, including drywall partitions, lighting, acoustic ceiling and a bathroom. There was a significant amount of site work to this project, including a large concrete block retaining wall, a 2-tiered parking structure and significant site utilities.
