Albemarle County Office Building

This was a two-part project, starting with renovations to the Auditorium and then shifting to North Wing renovations that created new offices for Building and Development Services. Challenges included working in an occupied space, installing 100% new HVAC in the North Wing offices, and controlling dust and noise.
