Lindsay T. Milby, The Barringer

It is with great pleasure that I write to you about Jeff Sims and Mike Rabinowitz as well as about my experience at The Barringer. Jeff’s organizational skills and attention to detail are outstanding, however his people skills are what set him apart from others in the industry.  His special quality with the public makes Subcontractors want to work hard and provide him with what he needs to manage a project.  He is also wonderful with the customers as he is soft spoken and patient and very knowledgeable.  Mike is capable of keeping track of more items than just about anyone in the industry. Like Jeff, his people skills are outstanding.  A company would be lucky to have both Jeff and Mike on the same project.  Joe and I feel very fortunate.

My experience at The Barringer has been wonderful. I have worked with new developments for over 15 years and I can honestly say that the punch out walk throughs at The Barringer have been some of the best.  The finish detail is excellent and the attitude of the Martin Horn employees is extremely positive.
