David Booth, UVa Senior Construction Manager
The University of Virginia generates an awful lot of work for an awful lot of people. Our Hospital Expansion project created many spin-off projects that needed to be completed quickly and “on-time” and “without-fail.” Our 1222 JPA project was a building full of just these kinds of short fuse projects. Thank goodness we managed to get Martin Horn to function as the Construction Manager for fifteen of the 1222 JPA separate contracts over a two and an half year period. The last project in 1222 JPA was the 3rd floor University Medical Associates project or 2.1 million dollars of work completed right on time in a four month period of time. Thank you Martin Horn Inc. for keeping us successful with our projects.
