The River House: Coming Soon

Martin Horn is nearly done with The River House Condominiums, part of the innovative and luxurious Riverside Village. It’s been a fantastic project. “Working with Stony Point Design-Build (SPDB) has been a great experience. They have been helpful and understanding. The subcontractors have been top-quality and have gotten all their work done on time,” said Assistant Project Manager, Grant Wilson.

“We have a nice view of the river, and the folks at Stony Point have been really great. The weather has been nice the entire time. It’s been beautiful. Even in the winter. Another nice thing, […] we did the stair towers from the ground up. So, we’ve been able to use the stairs to carry things up, which has prevented some of the safety concerns,” said Project Superintendent, Calvin Wilkerson. “We have a camera out there, too.” added Wilson. “Seeing it go up from start to finish has been really cool. And all the drone shots from bottom to top.”

With the camera footage, we were able to create this video, reviewing the work done so far, and showing what comes next.
