The Greenhouse

Martin Horn has begun building the first LEED-registered apartment building in Charlottesville, The Greenhouse Apartments. The 40,000 sq. ft. building will have four stories, basement and on-site parking – to include some underground spaces. Most of the 28 units will be three-bedroom; but there will also be a mix of one- and four-bedroom units. In addition, each unit will have its own balcony. More than 90% of the original building’s construction materials will be recycled.
