This innovative multi-use project in downtown Charlottesville incorporates 2 floors of high-end residential condos, 2 floors of commercial flex space and 65,000 sq. ft. of much-needed downtown parking. The project faced many challenges, including a tight site, restricted access, and an extremely busy downtown location. Martin Horn also completed the next phase of this project, a $5.4 million 5-story office and commercial building.
