Building Health in Spring Creek

If you’re a current resident of the ever-growing Spring Creek and Zion Crossroads area, we have some great news! Pediatric Associates of Charlottesville are now opening a new practice in the Spring Creek Business Park.

PASC’s mission focuses around high quality medical care, education in pediatric health and collaboration of clinical research. The private practice is housed under 3,655 square feet of work space and has 9 exam rooms in addition to an on-site lab. The interior will have high end finishes like Dovetail Cabinetry and Pine Wood accents. Other noteworthy details include cypress exterior panels which give the building natural character and wheelchair accessible workspaces. Moreover, the surrounding easement has been conserved for natural landscaping which provides a nice view from each window.

So what does all of this mean for your childs next checkup?

Project Manager Robert Menasco and Superintendent Warren Green have worked closely with the owner to build a Pediatric Practice that your family can feel comfortable in.

It’s convenient to the Spring Creek Community, blends well with the surrounding area and hopefully, the exam room views and open interior space will create an environment kids and parents will enjoy.
