Peace On Earth, Goodwill to Gander Mountain

Sparks are flying in the former Gander Mountain store as we renovate the 25,130 SF building into two separate retail spaces in a quick timeline of only 6-8 weeks. One of the spaces will be the new home to both the Rio/Rte. 29 and the Pantops Goodwill Store and Donation Centers. The second retail space has yet to be leased.

Our self-performing field staff is hard at work hanging drywall side-by-side with subcontractors work on the electrical units. The space will include the sales floor, dressing rooms, inventory space, offices and of course, restrooms.
