Sparks are flying in the former Gander Mountain store as we renovate the 25,130 SF building into two separate retail spaces in a quick timeline of only 6-8 weeks. One of the spaces will be the new home to both the Rio/Rte. 29 and the Pantops Goodwill Store and Donation Centers. The second retail space has yet to be leased.

Our self-performing field staff is hard at work hanging drywall side-by-side with subcontractors work on the electrical units. The space will include the sales floor, dressing rooms, inventory space, offices and of course, restrooms.

“Working with Hunter Call at Triangle Services has been very seamless. He has been a great help in answering all our questions about the material Goodwill likes to use on their projects. This has been a great help in keeping the project moving forward, and he is making our jobs easier.”

– Barbara Regester, Project Manager
