Construction at 1308 and 1310 Carlton Avenue is wrapping up for the holidays. New and former tenants will be moving into their homes in time for Christmas. Last minute punch list items are being attended to and final inspections took place this week. We’ve utilized our talented field crew throughout every stage of the renovation. Our self-performing welder fabricated the remaining weld on each hand rail, while our carpenters secured the bollards in the parking lot. Safety is our main priority as we quickly, but correctly, finish the job. We’ve cleaned up debris and moved the equipment to units 301 and 1210 for the next phase of renovations.

Superintendent Michael Castorani expressed his excitement, saying “It feels so great to get these tenants home for the holidays! They’ve been waiting so patiently– and will soon enjoy some well-deserved upgrades in their new homes.”
