Dunlin Farms
Construction is underway at this former Bed & Breakfast turned Corporate Retreat and Training Center. Superintendent Kenny Kirk is coordinating site work around the property, which includes the main house, dining hall and cottage. Most of the existing buildings will undergo renovations and improvements, while new structures are being added to accommodate additional guests.
The entire site is completely self-contained. Well water is filtered through an onsite water distribution system in the newly-built pump house and backup generators are installed to deliver power as needed. Our field team is finishing drywall, laying ceramic tile, clearing debris and framing new buildings. They are also completing MEP rough-in at the new commercial kitchen, which features a walk-in cooler and industrial range hood with make-up air unit. Subcontractor Digs, Inc. is completing a new access road and installing the septic field, while Casey Concrete finishes the foundation for the new classrooms.
Project construction is expected to wrap up in mid-October.
