Martin Horn’s project managers are quintessential planners and problem solvers. They develop schedules and budgets and actively manage manpower, superintendents, subcontractors, and use of materials. They know the value of collaboration, and work closely with project stakeholders, including owners and architects. Every project is also assigned a coordinator. Project coordinators attend all meetings and oversee paperwork, playing a key role in ensuring that jobs run smoothly. Martin Horn established the coordinator position to ensure that our managers are always available to clients, providing them with outstanding customer service.
