The Jefferson Theater, built in 1912, has been renovated to create a music venue. Martin Horn was selected by the Owner to perform Design Phase Services for The Jefferson Theater renovation in the spring of 2008. We performed demolition while engaging in Value Management processes during the fall and winter of 2008. Renovations began in the spring of 2009 and were completed in November of 2009. Historic tax credits were used on this project.
