Cost: $500,000 Completion: September 2005 When Williams Mullen, a national law firm, decided to open an office in Downtown Charlottesville, they requested a customized tenant fit-out of the highest quality. Martin Horn installed $400,000 worth of high-end interior finishes in under 3 months. The project gave the firm 6,258 square feet of office space. With tenants in the spaces above and below, we were able to complete the fit-out without disturbing the existing occupants.
