UVA Peabody Hall

The total remodel of Peabody Hall presented many challenges. Located in the heart of the University’s campus, maintaining the safety of students, staff and guests was the top priority. Special attention was required for the high-end finishes including barrel ceilings, multi-piece wood trim and wood floors. Martin Horn was faced with cutting openings in 3’ bricks walls, and we had limited ceiling space in which to install HVAC, plumbing, sprinklers and electrical.
