Region Ten

Martin Horn worked with Region Ten on a series of renovations to maximize their budget in several short phased projects. The Administrative Offices were created by renovating an existing building. For the Wellness Center, we gutted an old building, relocated bearing walls and replaced a sprinkler system in occupied areas. Martin Horn then upgraded the Cafetorium with new technology and amenities to accommodate its multiple uses as a meeting and training room, auditorium, cafeteria, and banquet hall. These projects also include a site package, as site and storm water management issues called for retention ponds, relocating sewer and storm drains, retaining walls, cast-in-place steps and walkways, and an asphalt package that tied into an existing parking lot.
