Martin Horn built this three story office building in northern Charlottesville, Virginia. With this project being new construction we were able to retrofit all three floors exactly to the owners request. The top floor includes a large unique meeting room, with a state-of-the-art projector and screen for presentations. The building was finished in traditional brick veneer style and includes a parking garage below the offices for convenience and to save space in  the tight area of Rio Square.
