Charlottesville Downtown Office Building

The Charlottesville office building is Martin Horn’s third project for this owner on the same congested downtown corner. Construction was maintained without disturbing the existing ACAC complex and surrounding businesses. The building has 5 stories, the first designated for retail space and the upper floors for office space, and has a brick façade with curtain wall and storefront glass throughout. Martin Horn completed the shell, site work and public interior spaces. The building is attached to the parking garage that Martin Horn built three years ago and consumes 90% of the available footprint.
